Harnessing the fundamental rules of the universe
As part of World Quantum Day, High Q Technologies, a spun out of the Institute for Quantum Computing (IQC) at the University of Waterloo, Canada, was recognized for its quantum-enabled EPR system. Powered by a superconducting quantum sensor, it enables high resolution characterization of protein structure and dynamics, supporting structural biology research and biomolecular structure studies. This capability accelerates drug discovery and advances studies of neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s.
